A lot of roofers will advise that a claim is needed when there is no actual need for there to be. They will have the claim filed hoping the adjuster is feeling giving. They run a numbers game of "we'll file 50 claims and we'll be happy if 5 are approved". (and you wondered why you have your door knocked on 10,000 times) 

We do our best to keep that from happening! We will not advise a claim is needed unless there is an actual need. 

If we see enough damage that a claim is needing to be filed, IMMEDIATELY a licensed Public Adjuster is brought in to handle the process from the beginning to the end. 

Gone are the days of absolute "ethical and fair" claims handling. More times than not, a claim is denied for some reason. Either the claim is filed incorrectly, the inspector is told to not find / or just ignores damages, or the adjuster tries to low ball the claim and not pay as they should. We don't like that! 

There are many reasons why a licensed Public Adjuster is used. This ensures that 1. Per State of Tennessee law, no one but the insured or a licensed Public Adjuster can assist with an insurance claim. We make sure you have someone licensed to push for fair handling the entire process. If an adjuster asks "are you a licensed Public Adjuster", they can not be reprimanded as a contractor can be. 2. You have someone that handles claims each and every day that knows the process and internal policies of your carrier so they are as ready as can be for the curve balls coming. 3. Does their absolute best to make sure you are paid according to your policy coverages.  

You can't have a motto of "Roofing the Right Way" without ensuring that things are truly handled properly!
