Need a repair?
First off, make sure whoever does your repair uses an exact match to your current shingle! If they don't, we can't use the State of Tennessee's "reasonable match" law to your advantage with the carrier later!
Second off, call us for a free inspection! Your repair may be considered as a coverable catastrophic loss with your insurance carrier! For a little more than what a repair costs, you may be able to get a entirely new roof!
Missed Wind Damage
The adjuster flew a drone for their inspection. The drone completely missed the damage they needed to see to be able to approve the back section of this roof claim. Had someone not been involved that knew the process, the homeowner would have accepted the carriers initial offer.

Most carriers are now putting a ridiculous amount of hail force into their damage requirement for replacement. Does your policy specify specific terms for hail damage? I didn't think so! Hail damage is hail damage. If the granules are drivin in to the matting, the granules will wash out over time.
