At Rocky Top Roofing Inc., we understand that sometimes things can happen. No one is perfect and no product can be 100% risk free from the possibility of defects. This is where warranties come in! As we use nothing but quality products, we issue the manufacture warranty upon completion. Once a project is paid in full, we also provide a labor warranty in writing with a term length as agreed to at the time a contract is signed. The labor warranty is iron clad and not a tail light warranty!

Did a delivery driver drop your material off, or did someone bring them in a pickup truck or trailer? If material comes from a supplier, it's fairly safe to say you have good quality material. However, if "2 Chuck's in a truck" delivered the material, more than likely the roofer has chosen to go with material that excludes the manufacturer's warranty. The roofer said you were getting a warranty, right? When all others that provided estimates priced for full warranties and all you end up getting is for labor, wouldn't that be considered scammed?
