Types of shingles we have estimated

The IKO Cambridge and the Owens Corning Oakridge are a standard architectural shingle. Both come with a limited lifetime warranty and are both rated well above the 3 tab shingle for wind resistance.

The IKO Dynasty and the Owens Corning Duration are both performance shingles that have a Class 3 impact rating and have fibered nail zones. They also have a better enhanced color scheme than the standard shingle.

If you want a 50-year manufacturer‘s warranty, we do offer that through Owens Corning for an additional fee.

All new roofs are installed to “pass local building code inspection” condition and include a 5 year labor warranty.

We remove all existing layers, replace any rotten plywood, replace/install needed flashings, add synthetic felt, drip edge around the perimeter, ice and water shield in all valleys and transitions as well as around pipe boots, add shingles, proper ventilation, and cap it off with true hip/ridge cap shingles.
